By using PDFToSite you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

PDFToSite lets you upload PDF documents, customise how they are presented and publish them as shareable web pages.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account.

Your content

• You keep ownership of everything you upload.
• You give us permission to store, process and display your content only as needed to run the service, including showing published documents to anyone with the link.
• You confirm you have the right to upload and share your content.

Acceptable use

You must not use PDFToSite to share content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, contains malware, or is meant to deceive or harm people. We may remove such content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but provide it "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own copies of your files.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Ending use

You can stop using the service and delete your documents at any time. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept them.
