Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 13, 2026
This policy explains what information PDFToSite ("we", "us") collects when you use our service to publish PDF documents as web pages, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account information: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your basic Google profile (name, email).
- Content you upload: PDF files, logos, cover and share images, and the text and settings you enter in the editor.
- Technical data needed to keep you signed in and to keep unsaved drafts available in your browser.
How we use it
- To provide the service: store your documents, show them in your dashboard and publish them when you choose.
- To sign you in and keep your account secure.
- To contact you about your account when necessary.
We do not sell your personal information.
Published documents
When you publish a document, anyone with its link can view it and, if you allow it, download the PDF. Unpublishing or deleting a document removes the public page.
Drafts and retention
Drafts created without an account are removed automatically after about 24 hours unless you sign in and keep them. Your documents stay in your account until you delete them or close your account.
Service providers
We use third-party providers to host the service, store files and handle sign-in (including Google, if you choose Google sign-in). They process data only to provide these services.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your documents at any time from your dashboard. To delete your account or ask about your data, email us at hello@pdftosite.com.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
